How you opt in to our text messages

Heroes of Service (Heroes del Servicio Company Inc) sends ride notification texts only to passengers who actively agree on our online booking page. Consent is optional and is never required to book a ride.

Online, at heroesofservice.com/booking

Enter the pickup and destination and press See prices. In the Complete your request form, right below the phone field, there is an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default: "Yes, text me about this ride (driver, vehicle, arrival and reservation confirmation) from Heroes of Service. Optional, not required to book. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 per ride. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." with links to our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. Only passengers who check it receive texts.

What you receive

  • Heroes: Your driver Ivan is on the way in a gray Toyota Camry and is about 8 min away. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Heroes: Your ride on Tue, Sep 29 at 7:30 AM is confirmed with driver Ivan, gray Toyota Camry. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Heroes: Your driver Ivan has arrived. Look for the gray Toyota Camry, plate ABC1234.
