Heroes of Service (Heroes del Servicio Company Inc) sends text messages about your ride from 815-706-7082 only if you opt in by checking the optional, unchecked SMS box when you book on heroesofservice.com/booking. Opting in is never required to book a ride. See how it works at heroesofservice.com/sms-opt-in/.

Program: Heroes of Service ride notifications

These are transactional messages about rides you request. We do not send marketing messages. Examples:

Heroes: Your driver Ivan is on the way in a gray Toyota Camry and is about 8 min away. Reply STOP to opt out.
Heroes: Your ride on Tue, Sep 29 at 7:30 AM is confirmed with driver Ivan, gray Toyota Camry. Reply STOP to opt out.
Heroes: Your driver Ivan has arrived. Look for the gray Toyota Camry, plate ABC1234.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your rides, usually 1 to 4 messages per ride.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and no more messages after that. You can still book rides by phone. To start again, reply START.
